Within the realm of the Fairy Tale: Drawing – Master Class
This special 2-day drawing workshop, inspired by the major exhibition Strange Worlds: The Vision of Angela Carter will explore the magic and darkness of fairy tales.
Students will embark on an imaginative exploration of archetypal fairy tale characters and the material process of drawing, leading to the production of drawn and constructed sculptural forms.
The Drawing School is very excited to welcome artist Sarah Woodfine as a guest tutor. Sarah won the Jerwood Drawing prize in 2004 and her work is in various public and private collections including the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.
